Counseling with Faith
Life can bring seasons when relationships feel difficult, emotions become overwhelming, or you simply aren’t sure what your next step should be. Faith seeks to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can openly explore what they’re experiencing, better understand themselves and their relationships, and develop practical tools for moving forward.
Her goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Faith’s Approach
Faith primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating other counseling techniques based on each client’s individual needs and goals.
- Anxiety and Stress
- Depression
- Relationship difficulties
- Communication and conflict
- Life transitions
- Self esteem and personal growth
- Emotional regulation
- Difficult seasons of life
With couples, Faith helps partners better understand the patterns affecting their relationships, improve communication, navigate conflict and work toward greater connection.
Faith & Counseling
Faith’s Christian faith is an important part of who she is and can be incorporated into counseling for clients who desire it. At Burleson Family Counseling, we believe counseling begins by meeting clients where they are. Clients from all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome, and Faith respects each client’s individual values, beliefs, and goals.
Christian faith, Scripture, and biblical principles can be incorporated when requested by the client. Faith integration is always client-directed and is never a requirement for receiving counseling.

Faith Chambers is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) and practices under the supervision of Chad Discher, LPC-S.
