Faith uses a primarily cognitive-behavioral approach while incorporating other techniques based on the needs of the client. Her goal is to provide support, encouragement and a place where clients can work through some of life’s most difficult seasons.

Victoria Grubb, Graduate Intern
Supervised by Chad Discher, LPC-s

Victoria provides a safe, empathetic and calm environment where clients can feel heard and supported. Her approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, person-centered counseling, play therapy and family systems, adapting her approach to the individual needs of each client. She has particular strengths in ADHD, OCD, anxiety and depression.

What is a Graduate Intern?
A Graduate Intern is a counseling student who is completing a Master’s Degree in counseling and gaining supervised clinical experience as part of the education. Internship is a critical component of counselor training and is required for graduation. Graduate Interns provide counseling under supervision while completing the clinical experience necessary to become professional counselors.
